Rob Wilder has been a force in the DC restaurant scene for 25+ years. His past ventures include Austin Grill and Amy’s Ice Creams before founding TFG with José Andrés in 1993. He currently serves on several local and national boards and associations.

Kimberly Grant has more than 20 years experience leading restaurant operations. Prior to joining TFG, she served as COO and President of Ruby Tuesday for more than a decade, leading the company's $1.2 billion flagship; as well as its fast-casual concept, Lime Fresh. She also serves on the Blackberry Farm Hotel Board of Directors.

Ann developed a culinary passion working with Rob Wilder at Austin Grill and as an editor at several culinary magazines. Since joining TFG in 2007, Ann has overseen the production of Jose’s Made in Spain ventures, along with managing the public relations and marketing efforts.

Executive Chef

Joe Raffa is the executive chef of ThinkFoodGroup, where he oversees the culinary operations across all José Andrés restaurants and leads the research and development in new concept openings and special projects.  Before arriving to TFG, Raffa enjoyed a 5 year tenure with Majestic Café as chef and later managing partner, where he oversaw the daily operations of the restaurants.

Ruben was recruited by Jose in 2004 while working under Ferran Adrià at el Bulli. Since joining TFG, Ruben has served as Jose’s culinary right hand  and has helped provide direction on menu development as well as for Jose's creative projects  including television programming and cookbooks.

Inspired by the storied past of this unique location at Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico, José Andrés introduces Mi Casa at the new Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

Here, traditional flavors from the island, paired with the cuisine of his native Spain, are transformed by modern presentation and techniques. Breakfast and dinner served daily in a relaxed, luxurious, beachfront setting evokes the feeling of dining in José’s own home.

José Andrés Catering is proud to offer Pepe, the food truck that brings you the famous Spanish flauta sandwiches from José’s native Spain.

Pepe is available for private events 7 days aweek. He is also rolling through DC, Maryland, and Virginia for lunch every day of the week from 11:30 PM-2 PM, and for happy hour, dinner, and late night service.
