Named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2012 and “Outstanding Chef” by the James Beard Foundation in 2011, José Andrés is an internationally-recognized culinary innovator, passionate advocate for food and hunger issues, author, educator, television personality and chef/owner of ThinkFoodGroup.
Rob Wilder has been a force in the DC restaurant scene for 25+ years. His past ventures include Austin Grill and Amy’s Ice Creams before founding TFG with José Andrés in 1993. He currently serves on several local and national boards and associations. Rob lives in DC with his wife, Robin, and two children.
Gary Evans brings 35 years in foodservice finance and accounting. After 29 years in financial leadership roles with both Marriott and Balducci’s markets, recently Gary has focused on growing restaurant companies. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife.
A Cornell graduate, Hollis has worked across the industry before joining TFG in 2006 and has grown from Service Director, then Director of Restaurants and Hospitality into her current role as TFG’s Chief of Operations. She currently serves as a Board member of the RAMW Education Foundation. Hollis lives on Capitol Hill with her husband and daughter.

Ann developed a culinary passion working with Rob Wilder at Austin Grill and as an editor at several culinary magazines. Since joining TFG in 2007, Ann has overseen the production of Jose’s Made in Spain ventures, along with managing the public relations and marketing efforts. She lives in Takoma Park, Maryland with her family.

Ruben was recruited to ThinkFoodGroup by Jose in 1994 while working under Ferran Adria at El Bulli. There Ruben worked every culinary station, exposing him to a variety of innovative techniques and the best quality product- values that he brings to the development of the restaurant menus and projects. Ruben lives in Virginia with his family.
