Named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2012 and “Outstanding Chef” by the James Beard Foundation in 2011, José Andrés is an internationally-recognized culinary innovator, passionate advocate for food and hunger issues, author, educator, television personality and chef/owner of ThinkFoodGroup.
Rob Wilder has been a force in the DC restaurant scene for 25+ years. His past ventures include Austin Grill and Amy’s Ice Creams before founding TFG with José Andrés in 1993. He currently serves on several local and national boards and associations.

Kimberly Grant has more than 20 years experience leading restaurant operations. Prior to joining TFG, she served as COO and President of Ruby Tuesday for more than a decade, leading the company's $1.2 billion flagship; as well as its fast-casual concept, Lime Fresh. She also serves on the Blackberry Farm Hotel Board of Directors.
Chief Financial Officer
Gary Evans brings 35 years in foodservice finance and accounting. After 29 years in financial leadership roles with both Marriott and Balducci’s markets, recently Gary has focused on growing restaurant companies.

Eduardo has over 12 years of experience in human resources strategy, business planning, operations, and consulting. Prior to ThinkFoodGroup, Eduardo held leadership positions for NMS Healthcare, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC and Marriott International, Inc. and was honored with the Human Resources Leadership Scholarship of Greater Washington.
Chief Marketing Officer
Michael brings more than 25 years of experience working with leading luxury lifestyle brands in hospitality, food and beverage, design and wellness. He has successfully spearheaded branding, marketing and communications for some of the world’s most revered brands, including the Susan Magrino Agency, SBE, Viceroy Hotel Group and Canyon Ranch.
Joe oversees the culinary operations across all José Andrés restaurants and leads the research and development in new concept openings and special projects. Before arriving to TFG, Raffa enjoyed a 5 year tenure with Majestic Café as chef and later managing partner, where he oversaw the daily operations of the restaurants.
Research & Development Director
Ruben was recruited by Jose in 2004 while working under Ferran Adrià at el Bulli. Since joining TFG, Ruben has served as Jose’s culinary right hand and has helped provide direction on menu development as well as for Jose's creative projects including television programming and cookbooks.

What brings Mexico and China together? It started with the Spanish galleons that first sailed the Pacific in 1565 and brought to Mexico an Asian girl kidnapped by pirates and known as La China Poblana.
